Simply plug in to a USB port on your computer after you have inserted your SIM card and the software will prompt to be installed automatically. Once the software is installed there are helpfiles within that. Be carefull inserting your SIM card. The red tray that pulls out actually has a spot to insert your card. Dont just stick it in the hole or its difficult to get out. The packing will show that it is compatable with Windows 2000, XP, and Vista. We have tested it on Windows 7, and it seemed to work fine. Software installed without any problems, and we were able to connect to the Internet. (Posted on 7/15/11)

I was ready to try another supplier but having been party to some of their installations I decided to stay with modem3g.com.
It is the activation, registration and accessing the account processes which gave me problems. This may have been due to NOT removing the previous post paid installation before installing this product.
I found the process confusing; not intuitive; and the data from the earlier installation only made things worse.
modem3g.com could ease this confusion by advising to remove previous installations first or doing it as part of the new install.
