It's totally new and well-packaged. I worrried its shipping speed in such a long distance, but the fact shows its rapid delivery speed. 7 days, The price of this e353 modem here is lower, if you want to buy one too, I think modem3g.com is a nice choice.

I have had the opportunity to test E353 in three cities across America with HSPA+ service, New York, London, and now Washington. In each of theses cities I have been able to get speeds 21.6 mbps. amazing download speed and is enough for me. (Posted on 3/21/12)

I bought a Huawei E353 here one month ago, I was a game lover and I like play large-scale game online. Before , I used a wireless network, which only served me 2M broadband , in fact , it is not enough for me , due to the delay of network speed , I missed many good chances to beat my opponents or win scores, which bothered me much.
